I bought the e2120 for a friend this week and have put the 2 gig micro SD card I purchased separately into the phone, (it goes in the slot next to the sim card under the battery). You can put the memory card into your computer with the SD adapter that comes with the micro card and put photos and music onto the card that way. However, I am having trouble getting the phone to recognize the music that I put onto the card. I am not sure if I used the right mp3 format, so I will check. Anyway in my search for an answer to this problem, I ran across a couple of forums where your problem was addressed. You can connect the phone, (with the micro SD card inserted into the phone as I said above) then buy a USB cable to connect the phone from the charger slot to computer. Your computer will recognize the phone SD card as mass storage. Then you can drag and drop the files you want from the computer to the phone storage card. Just be sure the files you want to use are the right format to be read by the phone’s software, (e.g. jpeg for photo and mp3 for music). Then you can go to the storage card menu on the phone to find the files. The USB cable they said you need is called …

Other file transfer instructions from another site are…
samsung e2120 has file transfer capabilty. instructions are as follows:
connect data cable from device to pc > press menu > select settings > select pc connection > select mass storage > drag and drop your files.
Hope this helps.
Firstly you need to organize the files you:
A:have already put on the SD Micro card
B:are trying to put on the phone
in folders.
the reason for this is usually when downloading files through the wap browser it looks for storage for downloads.
however i would reccomend tthat you get the cable for the phone and also download the phone driver software from the device manufacturers' website and burn them to CD for your friend.
The drivers are located at this site:

Hello,
the problem is as a result of software corruption. Your phone operating system is corrupt for one reason or the other. The phone operating system might have gotten virus through bluetooth transfer, internet browsing or via the memory card.
To solve the problem, you need to flash the phone. Flashing the phone means reinstalling the phones operating system software files. The phone will be fully formatted and a fresh operating system files will be reinstalled.
I don't think you will be able to flash this pone yourself because of the tools involved. You will be needing the phone's flashing cable, flashing software and a computer.
Phone experts are the ones that have this software and cable for various phones.
Therefore, I would suggest you give your phone to a phone tech to help you fix this problem. The phone tech will help you flash the phone and your phone will be perfect again.
I am recommending you to a phone tech because this is not what you can do yourself.
I hope you understand this.
Good luck.........
